Crunchy Kale Chips

It's that time of year! Spring has sprung which means it's time to tear up all the kale out of the garden and start planting all the wonderful summer veggies. I've been reading about kale chips in a few places and decided to make my own batch today. I must say, they were pretty good!

Ingredients:
  1. Approximately 2 fist fulls of kale (Yes, I measure in fist fulls)
  2.  1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  3. Butter flavored non-stick baking spray
  4. 1 tsp of Ms. Dash
  5. 1 tsp of crushed red pepper (optional)
Directions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Rinse kale under cold water and pat dry.
  3. Lightly spray baking sheet with non-stick spray and lay kale flat (try not to overlap the leaves).
  4. Spray the kale leaves with butter flavored non-stick spray and sprinkle on the salt and seasoning.
  5. Place in the oven for 10 minutes, turning once. Be sure to watch the leaves on the outside of pan, the edges can get burnt really quickly!
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
